CAT_Inspirada en la llegenda dels aborígens australians anomenada TWO SISTERS (dues germanes), neix ONE SISTER. The TWO SISTERS parla d’una constel·lació de tres estrelles (que formen part del cinturó d’Orió) que eren tres noies joves que ocupaven el seu lloc en firmament i que van decidir venir a la terra per conèixer-la. En venir, una d’elles es va enamorar d’un mortal i no va poder tornar al firmament. Les dues altres germanes van tornar al cel i ella es va quedar empresonada a la terra. Això fa que la constel·lació actual es conegui com TWO SISTERS.
Inspirada en aquesta història, aquesta peça parla de la germana que es queda a la terra i comença a observar aquell entorn que la rodejarà a partir d’ara.
ENG_Inspired by the Australian Aboriginal legend known as Two Sisters, the piece One Sister emerges. Two Sisters tells the story of a constellation of three stars (part of Orion’s Belt) that were once three young women who lived in the sky. One day, they decided to come down to Earth to discover it. During their time on Earth, one of them fell in love with a mortal and was unable to return to the sky. The other two sisters went back, while she remained on Earth. This is why the constellation is now known as Two Sisters.
Inspired by this story, the piece focuses on the sister who stays on Earth and begins to observe the landscape that will now surround her.
